This very exclusive model Carlevaro, built in 1998, is almost in new condition by Eberhard Kreul (Germany). This revolutionary design of master guitarist and guitar teacher Abel Carlevaro is designed to create a guitar that has enough 'body'en projection to also be heard in chamber music. No sound hole and the construction of the upper blade can vibrate freely around make this possible. Further striking are the compensated nut and bridge saddle, making the purity of the guitar is unusually good.

Carlevaro short time the model was built by Manuel Contreras in Madrid, but reportedly Carlevaro was disappointed with the quality of these guitars. He therefore granted from 1995 the worldwide patent to build this model to the German luthier Eberhard Kreul. Carlevaro himself has done many concerts worldwide on the 'Kreul' Carlevaro guitars, until his death in 2001
